TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
There is no extra cost for shipping.
PAYMENT OF DUTIES & TAXES
All orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Paid Service, so no additional customs or taxes will be charged on delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
When in stock: We aim to deliver your order within 10-14 working days for a delivery within Europe, 21 days for a delivery outside Europe. Should your item just be out of stock: we will contact you personally to follow up your order from closeby.
Delivery rules and restrictions:
Saturday, Sunday and Belgian bank holidays are not classed as business days.
We ship orders placed up to Monday 1pm on Tuesday, orders placed up to Wednesday 1pm on Thursday. Therefore, orders placed after the cut-off time on Wednesday will only be shipped on next week’s Tuesday.
During busy periods, such as the holiday season or during the sales, delivery may take longer.
If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country above, then please track your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS URGENT?
If your order is very urgent then please contact us at info@stylediamonds.com and we will do everything possible to find a solution. We will sort out if we can ensure that your order gets to its destination in time. Please keep in mind that additional shipment costs may be charged here.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as Style Diamond has dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the forwarder’s website.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Because all items are specially crafted, we operate by:
no retuns, exceptional exchange.
For exceptional cases, the client can send an email to info@stylediamonds.com explaining the specific case. The only outcome possible for exceptions could be that an item is exchanged for another item of the same value. This will only happen after a valid and complete check that the items exchanged was not altered in any way from its original state (= the moment it left the Style diamond shop).
The Products must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their original packaging with the paper security label still attached, in a perfect state allowing their resale (not damaged nor dirty), with all accessories, certificate, user manuals etc..
Exchanges must be returned to the address of the Seller mentioned below, unless otherwise specified to the Purchaser, by any means of transport left to the choice of the Purchaser, who must keep the dispatch proof:

The costs and risks of the return dispatch are supported by the Purchaser, whom we vividly recommend to duly insure the parcel.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DESIGN PIECES?
At Style Diamonds, we pride ourselves in working with the best craftsmanship that the city of Antwerp has to offer. So yes, we do make custom designed pieces, unique for that one client. If a custom designed piece is on your wish list, please send us an email to info@stylediamonds.com with as much information as possible including your name & telephone number, and we will get back to you.
Please note that a custom design will take up to 4-8 weeks before delivery.
