Select

your diamond

Choosing the perfect diamond involves considering the 4C’s: cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. We prioritize a well-cut diamond for maximum sparkle. We look for high clarity with minimal flaws. We prefer diamonds with a bright, white color. And we find the right balance between size and quality based on your preferences and budget. Consider the 4Cs below to select the perfect diamond for yourself.

Diamond

cut

A diamond’s brilliance is largely determined by its cut. An expertly-cut diamond with perfectly symmetrical and aligned facets will reflect light beautifully, leading to unrivalled brilliance. This involves both the depth of the cut, as the type of diamond shape (brilliant, pear, emerald…).

Diamond

clarity

Diamonds are created by tremendous heat and pressure deep within the earth. This organic process means that virtually all diamonds contain internal inclusions and surface blemishes. Diamonds with fewer of these characteristics are deemed to have a higher clarity, ranging from FL, or Flawless, to I.

Diamond

color

Most diamonds range in color from colorless to slightly yellow. A perfect diamond has no color at all (D Color: Exceptional White +). Diamonds can also occur in all ranges of colors, from brownish to striking yellow, pink, purple, red, blue and green. These are called ‘fancy colors’.

Diamond

carat

In the ancient world, carob seeds were used as a reference for the weight of individual diamonds. Today, this historic practice has led to the word carat, which is now the contemporary measure of weight for all diamonds. A metric ‘carat’ is defined as 200 milligrams. For more information please go to this link.
